Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent

Our powdered laundry detergent has a formulation that has been 25 years in the making. We use Elmer's original formula with some slight modifications to address the concerns of current customers. Our ingredients are listed completely on every box and each ingredient is biodegradable and completely soluble. (Have a look at our lab results!)

Our powdered laundry detergent is very popular for a number of reasons; (1) it works as well or better than any grocery brand of detergent, (2) it has no perfumes, dyes or fillers that remain in your clothes after washing, and most importantly,(3) it does NOT cost more than any of the major grocery brands when you figure the Cost Per Wash!

When you consider these important points, ADD to that the fact that this detergent is a low-suds formula that is perfect for the new High Efficiency / Horizontal Axis washing machines that use very little water. Here's the good point - a 40 full wash box of Country Save just became an 80 wash box if you have one of the new front load machines from Maytag or any of the European machines! You start off using a tablespoon of our detergent and see what works the best!

If you have babies or anyone else in the family that is at all skin sensitive, Country Save powdered detergent is a great product to use! It dissolves completely and rinses completely out of your clothes and there is literally no residue left in the clothes to cause skin irritation.

COLD WATER WASH…WITH HARD WATER....a phrase combination that strikes fear into the hearts of most powder manufacturers! Country Save is formulated to work perfectly in hard water that is cold or soft water that is cold. Here's the secret: Just run a quick dose of hot or warm water (no more than a quart is necessary) and throw in the Country Save! It will dissolve and work it's cleaning magic in your water and you didn't waste a lot of hot water doing it! It will rinse completely in all types of water!

YOU may find that it is no longer necessary to add fabric softener to your wash with Country Save powdered detergent. When your clothes are washed consistently with Country Save they feel softer because there are no residues being built up in your clothes. When the fabric wears against other fabric rather than coarse residue deposited by the other detergent, two things happen: (1) your clothes last longer, and (2) they feel softer! No brag. Just fact.

OK, we are Septic Tank Safe, don't test on animals or use animal by-products. Combine this with all the other good qualities above and you have a product worth buying.

Country Save Oxygen Powered Bleach

We are very proud of this product! We get rave reviews from everyone that uses it! It seems that Clorox 2 has nothing on us aside from being more expensive per wash/use. You can use our Non-Chlorine Bleach on all washable fabrics with virtually all colors. It whitens whites and brightens colors without the smell of chlorine!

If you have that Front Load washing machine, no problem! We are highly concentrated and you need use only an 1/8th of a cup to start. For traditional Top Load machines and a full load of clothes, you should use 1/3 of cup!

Remember, Non-Chlorine Bleach is not a detergent. The best results come when you allow your clothes to soak for about 30 minutes before you add detergent and wash. Be sure to check your clothes to make certain they are colorfast before you use any bleach of any kind.

Country Save 100 oz Liquid Laundry Detergent - 50 Washes

This product is a real cause of excitement around here! We have had people telling us for years that we should have a liquid detergent! NOW IT'S HERE!!!! Wow!!! It works, it's priced right and it has a Mild Scent.

When you take the top off you can smell a touch of outdoors... kind of like the smell of freshly cut lawn but not too strong. After being the nay-sayers of scent for so many years, it is actually kind of refreshing to have some new products in the house that people have been asking about for years!

We have used this product extensively this year and we feel very comfortable in saying that you will really get 50 washes out of each 100 oz package. You just fill the cap ½ full and you'll be just fine. You get a great wash in hard water, soft water, cold water, warm water or any combination thereof.

Compare the Cost Per Wash with any of the major grocery brands. Virtually all of the major brands in grocery get 33 washes per 100 oz.

Country Save Liquid Laundry gets 50 washes per 100 oz. Here's what that means:

Example: Grocery brands T..., C..., A.. have 100oz retails of $6.99 - $7.99. Let's use the T... price and divide $7.99 by 33 loads. The Cost Per Wash is $0.242 .

Country Save 32 oz Liquid Dish Detergent Another reason to be thrilled! This is the first time Country Save has had a liquid dish detergent and, boy, does it work! It has a nice, mild scent and is a workhorse in the kitchen! It has wonderful grease-cutting properties but contains no enzymes or phosphates. It is the real McCoy when it comes to being environmentally friendly but tough on dirty dishes and pots and pans! You may find that this 32 oz container costs about the same as many 22 oz or 28 oz containers of similar products! Look for us on the shelf soon!

HE (High Efficiency) Front Load Washer Info

Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent has specifically been formulated to be compatible in HE / Front Load Washing Machines. As many of you know, the new HE machines may also be top load. Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent is a low-suds formula designed to work in any HE environment.

It is also good to remember just what "HE" means. It is the shortened form of "High Efficiency" and it pertains specifically to the amount of water the machine uses. In most cases, speaking generally, it means that only 25-50% of the water used in a standard top-load washing machine is used in an HE machine. That explains why you only need a 1/2 scoop of Country Save in an HE machine....or at least you can start there and go up or down depending on your specific needs.

You should expect about 80 loads from a 5lb box or 160 loads from a 10lb box of Country Save Powdered Laundry Detergent. When you figure out your Cost Per Wash you will understand why country Save is the BEST VALUE for you and your family!
